We are pleased to announce the convening of the 2nd Cyber Intelligence Summit 2026, titled “Information as Defense: From Everyday Practice to Global Strategy”, scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron Mousikis Athinon) and is currently held under the auspices of the Ministry of National Defence of Greece, the Ministry of Digital Governance of Greece, the Ministry of Defense of Cyprus and the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of Cyprus and in cooperation with the Greek Israeli Chamber of Commerce. 

The Summit will host distinguished experts and senior executives in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, who will engage in high-level discussions and analyses of the critical dimensions of cyberattacks.

Within the framework of the 2nd Cyber Intelligence Summit, the February session aims to illuminate the fluid and unpredictable landscape of cyber threats, highlighting emerging risk vectors impacting public and private entities globally. With a focus on defensive strategies, cutting-edge technological tools, and real-time vulnerability assessment methodologies, this year’s event aims to bridge theory with practical application.

Central to the presentations will be Cyber Analysis—the discipline of threat comprehension through data, aimed at forecasting and mitigating the impact of cyberattacks. Special emphasis will also be placed on a less-discussed yet pivotal factor: human education and awareness. Employees, executives, and citizens must be equipped with the knowledge and empathy required to identify and prevent attacks, fostering a culture of security that permeates society.

The thematic panels will concentrate on risk management and proactive digital fortification, with particular attention to public-private sector interaction, national defense imperatives, and cross-sectoral synergies essential for countering modern hybrid threats.

More than a conventional conference, the Summit aspires to serve as a convergence point for innovation, strategic dialogue, and partnership-building among leading cybersecurity stakeholders from Greece and Cyprus. With the overarching goal of establishing a permanent institutional platform, the Cyber Intelligence Summit invests in today’s knowledge to build tomorrow’s resilience.
