Σε συνέχεια πληροφόρησης που μας περιήλθε από τον αλβανικό φορέα Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC), προωθούμε κατωτέρω, σχετική ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία σε ενδεχόμενους ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς, με επισυναπτόμενη την επίσημη Πρόσκληση Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος για συμμετοχή στην διαγωνιστική διαδικασία με σκοπό την επιλογή ιδιώτη εταίρου στο επενδυτικό έργο «Ανάπλαση του Μεγάρου Συνεδρίων (Palace of Congresses)», στα Τίρανα.
Το εν λόγω έργο αποσκοπεί στη διατήρηση και αποκατάσταση ενός ακινήτου υψηλής ιστορικής και πολιτιστικής αξίας, σε έναν χώρο προσαρμοσμένο στις σύγχρονες λειτουργικές ανάγκες.
Επισημαίνεται ότι η ανωτέρω διαδικασία λαμβάνει χώρα σε συνεργασία με την Εθνική Υπηρεσία Χωροταξικού Σχεδιασμού, μέσω ενός διαγωνισμού δύο φάσεων, ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει :
- την υποβολή δύο προκαταρκτικών αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων ιδέας και
- την υποβολή οικονομικής προσφοράς, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις που καθορίζονται στο Έγγραφο Προσόντων.
Παράλληλα, η Ανακοίνωση της Διαγωνιστικής Διαδικασίας, καθώς και όλα τα συνοδευτικά έγγραφα (σε αλβανική και αγγλική γλώσσα), είναι διαθέσιμα στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα της Εταιρείας Revitalization of the Palace of Congresses
Η προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων λήγει την 26η Ιανουαρίου 2026 και ώρα 15:00 (τοπική ώρα), με δυνατότητα υποβολής είτε αυτοπροσώπως (Οδός Ibrahim Rugova 5, Sky Tower, 7ος Όροφος/1, Τίρανα) είτε ηλεκτρονικά
στο e- mail: competition@aicorporation.al

Dear All,
Albanian Investment Corporation invites you to participate in the competitive procedure for selecting the private partner for the investment project “Revitalisation of the Palace of Congresses”, Tirana.
This procedure is organised in cooperation with the National Territorial Planning Agency, through a two-phase competition, which includes the submission of two preliminary architectural concept designs and the submission of a financial offer, according to the requirements set out in the Qualification Document.
The revitalization of the Palace of Congresses is essential for preserving and restoring an asset of high historical, cultural, and public value in a space adapted to current needs.
The announcement and accompanying documentation for this project have been published on the official website of the Corporation Revitalization of the Palace of Congresses
All interested entities, domestic or foreign, are invited to submit their applications within the defined deadline, 26 January 2026, at 15:00 (local time).
